Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are sent within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment, through DHL agency with tracking number and delivery with signature.

Whatever form of delivery you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.
We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
European Community and International
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments, the customer must pay the corresponding customs expenses, which will vary depending on the value of the shipment. In the event that the customer does not withdraw the order once it is in customs, he will bear the expenses generated by the return of the order to the Tarragona warehouse of United Brands 2015 S.L. These expenses will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.
Merchandise changes or returns
You have a period of 15 days * from the date of delivery of your order to return it in order to change it for another item or for a refund. For changes and returns, follow the procedure indicated below:
1-The return request has to be completed from the "order history" in your account, in order to create a "return authorization".
2-Select the order that contains the item you want to return, select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to its name(s), add an explanation, to allow our team to understand why the customer want to return the product. Once the form is completed, select "Make an RMA form", and the request will be sent back. The request will appear in the "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" page, accessible from your account page.
3-Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Products and / or original packaging returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be refunded or exchanged. In order to exchange their products, you have to wait for confirmation the receipt of return from CODE22. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Your return request should be confirmed by CODE 22.
The refund will be in your PayPal account 15 days after sending the confirmation of receipt of the return.
*When the 15 days period expires on Saturday, Sunday, or on public holidays, it is extended to the next working day.
