CODE 22 offers free standard shipping within the European Union and the United Kingdom on orders over €50, and free express shipping to the rest of the world on orders over €150. Free shipping is applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand.
Order Status
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders are fully traceable on our website. To check your order location and obtain the most up-to-date shipping status, please log into your account.
Taxes and Duties
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments (except the United States), customers are responsible for paying the applicable customs duties and fees, which vary depending on the value of the shipment.
If the customer does not collect the order once it reaches customs, they will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the order to the warehouse in Amposta, Tarragona, operated by United Brands 2015 S.L. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery Issues
If the courier is unable to deliver the order to the address provided, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. This information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not provide an email address, you must proactively check the delivery status.
If delivery is impossible and the courier must return the order, CODE 22 will not reship the order and reserves the right to charge all costs arising from the entire shipping process, even if the initial shipment was free of charge.
