CODE 22 offers free standard shipping within the European Union and the United Kingdom on orders over €50, and free express shipping to the rest of the world on orders over €150. Free shipping is applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand.

Order Status

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders are fully traceable on our website. To check your order location and obtain the most up-to-date shipping status, please log into your account.

Taxes and Duties

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments (except the United States), customers are responsible for paying the applicable customs duties and fees, which vary depending on the value of the shipment.

If the customer does not collect the order once it reaches customs, they will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the order to the warehouse in Amposta, Tarragona, operated by United Brands 2015 S.L. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Issues

If the courier is unable to deliver the order to the address provided, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. This information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not provide an email address, you must proactively check the delivery status.

If delivery is impossible and the courier must return the order, CODE 22 will not reship the order and reserves the right to charge all costs arising from the entire shipping process, even if the initial shipment was free of charge.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs using the courier of your choice.

Gift cards and special price items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Steps to Process a Return:

  1. Complete the return request form using the provided link and include your order number to obtain return authorization.
  2. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with a return label to print and attach to your package. If you are outside the EU, you must also print and include the return invoice provided in the email.
  3. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
  4. Pack the items in their original packaging (or in any rigid box) and attach the shipping label (using the courier of your choice). If you are outside the EU, also include the return invoice provided.
  5. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on the season) for your return to be processed.

When your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CODE 22 reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy

Gift cards and special price items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

We cannot reserve or guarantee stock in advance. If you would like a different color or style, please return your item(s) and place a new order separately at code22.eu.

For size or color exchanges of the same item reference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, CODE 22 will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. The replacement will only be shipped once we have received the returned item.

To initiate an exchange, please send an email to jm@code22.eu with your original order number and write “Exchange Request” in the subject line. Please indicate the reference, size, and color you wish to exchange.
